The rent of the studio and the available equipment for work realizes by client's agreement with the terms for STUDIOFORRENT

1. The studio could be rent with or without equipment.
2. The studio could be rent with or without assistant. If there is no assistant, the studio has to be returned expressly after check-up of the used equipment.
3. The studio could be rent by an hour or with monthly or year's subscription.
4. The photo sessions with subscription are with priority.
5. The photo sessions have to be announced in advance, by fixing date, hour and duration.
6. The change of session's date, hour and duration is possible by free hours.
7. By denial of announcement it has to be paid default to the amount of one hour according to the price-list.
8. By renting the studio with some pieces of the equipment or all of them, it has to be signed report in the beginning and at the end of the photo session.
9. The announced photo session has to be paid in advance.
10. If the photo session does not end in agreed time, extra time has to be paid. The extra time is rated pro 30 minutes. Every 30-minutes interval has to be paid as an hour.
11. By causing irrevocable damages the client have to pay the full price of the equipment or the accessories.
12. By removable damages the client owes the price for the repairs.
13 By losing of equipment or accessories, as well as by theft, the client has to pay the full price of the equipment or the accessories.
14. By causing of cosmetic defects the client owes compensation at the rate of a rent.
15. If a defect appears during the work, the client has to inform the owner immediately.
16. It's not allowed servicing the equipment and trying to repair from people that are not authorized from STUDIOFORRENT.
17. By shooting of commercial photo sessions with children and teenagers under 18 years, it's required the parents to be there or at least their written consent.
18. By shooting of nude photography in the studio are not allowed children.
19. By shooting of nude photography the models have to be not younger than 18 years.
20. It's forbidden to smoke in the studio and the dressing room!
21. It's forbidden to carry in and to drink alcohol in the studio and the dressing room!!
22. It's forbidden to carry in and to use narcotics and drugs.
23. People in an obviously drunken and not adequate state are not allowed in the studio
24. STUDIOFORRENT doesn't bear any responsibility for loses, missed favours or profits, caused from damages or misuse of the equipment or the accessories in the studio.
